Megan
Megan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, born and raised in Paducah, with 12 years in healthcare and nearly four in aesthetics. She earned her BSN at Bellarmine University and her MSN at Chamberlain University, then spent years in pain management, where she watched Botox quietly change lives for patients with migraines and chronic pain. Somewhere along the way she realized she loved the procedure side of medicine far more than the prescription pad, and B’Well was born.
She's trained with Beautiphi Academy, completed multiple advanced cadaver labs, holds her laser certification through Rohrer Aesthetics, and is a KAMAP member. Translation: she's a nerd about this stuff, and she never stops learning. Her favorite compliment is when a patient's friend says "you look amazing" but can't quite figure out why.
Off the clock she's a wife, a mom of three (one daughter who rules the roost, two stepsons busy building their lives), and a DIY girl through and through. You'll find her at the lake, on a trail, or halfway into a house project she insisted on doing herself. Her proof that skincare works? Her own face. A millennial who grew up playing softball and swimming at the lake, Megan will tell you her skin is healthier at 40 than it was at 30.

Celia
Celia came to aesthetics from one of the hardest jobs in nursing: eight and a half years as a pediatric bone marrow transplant nurse. She loved caring for kids, but the losses were heavy, and she knew aesthetics would let her keep helping people in a much happier setting. Paducah is lucky she made the leap.
A Cincinnati native, she earned her nursing degree at the College of Mount St. Joseph and completed her aesthetics training at the Confidence Lab in Chicago. Her favorite treatment is PRP microneedling, the one she says every single person's skin can benefit from. Patients call her gentle, which she credits to pediatrics, and yes, she will check on your comfort about twelve times per treatment. No apologies.
Fair warning: if you're in her chair, you're a bestie, and she'll happily gab with you all day. Outside the studio she's a proud Disney adult (her husband Austin proposed there), a documentary lover, and mom to a Frenchie named Sven. Weekends are for the camper at Kentucky Lake or trips home to Cincinnati. And like Megan, she's not scared to tell you no. In a very nice way, of course.

After three years of injecting out of a single room, B’Well finally has a home of its own, right here in Paducah. We opened in 2022 and in September 2026 we're getting a upgrade and a space to call our own. Come see us on New Holt Road soon.
